How to connect speakers home theater DVD player?
So recently purchased home Insignia 5.1 Speaker System movie my only surprise came with 5 speakers and a subwoofer missing DVD player. I have a Sony DVD disc only DVPNS55P / B, which has two RCA jacks (L and R) on the back. Is it possible to connect my 5 speakers and a sub cable to the DVD player separately buy the box wihthout 5.1 channels. Thanks
You will need a receiver, even for such computer systems. For bass management and cross-checking. Unfortunately there is no way around it, you need a receiver or amplifier of some kind. Take some time next sure the connections you need before making a purchase.
